At Petal & Pup, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Refund Method

  Select store credit to receive a digital gift card for the full value of your items, or opt for a direct exchange if you need a different size.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your store credit is issued.
